This notice explains how King Salmon Games handles information through this website, WUMBOS, and TestFlight playtesting.
This website
This static website does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, account registration, or a hosted contact form. It may receive routine technical request data through its hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time, for security and site delivery.
If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request, provide support, or coordinate playtesting and studio relationships.
WUMBOS local game data
WUMBOS does not require a game account, advertising identifier, or payment information. It does not include advertising or in-app purchases.
The game stores your chosen character name, save progress, customization, gameplay state, tutorial status, and control or accessibility preferences on your device so the game can work. WUMBOS currently has no game-server save synchronization.
Diagnostics
WUMBOS is built with Unity. Current builds may use Unity Engine Diagnostics to send limited technical information—such as crash reports, error traces, app version, device or operating-system information, and performance data—to help maintain and improve stability. We do not use diagnostic data for advertising or cross-app tracking.
TestFlight
If you test WUMBOS through Apple TestFlight, Apple may provide us crash reports and any feedback, screenshots, or comments you choose to submit. Do not include passwords, financial details, health information, or other sensitive personal information in TestFlight feedback.
Deleting information
Choose “Start New Wumbo” to replace your character and career save. To remove remaining WUMBOS data stored locally on a device, delete the app. Device backups remain controlled by your Apple settings.
For deletion requests relating to support email or TestFlight feedback that we control, contact us using the address below. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or resolving disputes.
Children
WUMBOS and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.
Changes
We may update this notice as WUMBOS and its services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
